Over 3 immersive days, you will build a complete, professional 3-piece hair care line customized to a specific hair profile:
Custom Sulfate-Free Shampoo: Formulated with plant-derived surfactants and Ayurvedic extracts like Amla and Neem.
Cationic Deep Conditioner: Engineered with plant lipids, proteins, and emulsifiers for maximum slip and hydration.
Bespoke Styling Cream: Crafted with shea butter, plant waxes, and natural film-formers for long-lasting curl definition.

3-Day Intensive Curriculum
Day 1: Foundations & Botanical Chemistry
Hair and scalp physiology for coily, kinky, and curly textures.
Introduction to Ayurvedic herbs (Amla, Bhringraj, Neem, Hibiscus).
Laboratory safety, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and raw material handling.
Lab: Extracting active botanical compounds and preparing herbal infusions.
Day 2: Cleansing, Emulsions & Cationic Science
Surfactant chemistry: Building gentle, high-foaming liquid bases without sulfates.
Emulsion science: Combining oil and water phases using conditioning emulsifiers.
Viscosity control, pH balancing, and active delivery for textured hair.
Lab: Formulating custom shampoos and deep conditioning treatments.
Day 3: Styling Creams, Quality Control & Commercialization
Cream architecture: Working with plant butter bases, natural waxes, and hold agents.
Botanical preservation systems, shelf-life estimation, and stability testing.
Converting bench recipes into commercial Batch Manufacturing Sheets.
Final Lab Presentation: Compounding, packaging, and presenting your final 3-piece bespoke system.

Every session is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You have 12 months of access to all lessons, templates, and replays. The cohort model works best when you show up most weeks, but you won’t be kicked out for watching replays. The key is to keep posting your deliverables and asking for feedback, even if you’re a week behind.

No. Each resident receives a Formulation Kit shipped to your door. We cover surfactants, emulsifiers, oils, herbs, butters, preservatives, as well as basic tools like pH strips, beakers, a scale, mixers and stirrers. Standard PPE is also included. It’s everything you’ll need to make all the products in your capsule.

No. The course is designed for dedicated beginners and intermediate formulators. I explain the science and Ayurvedic concepts in plain language, then show you how to apply them step by step to real haircare formulas.
